What criteria do we use to review this nomination?

Does the nomination discuss specific circumstances in which the Faculty or Staff member has supported a queer student at Iowa State University?
Does the nomination describe a Faculty or Staff member that carries themselves with integrity by describing consistency of character throughout the letter?
Does the nomination demonstrate at least one instance of broad support of the LGBTQIA+ community? (showing support for queer organizations, making campus change, etc.)
Are the achievements described in the nomination in line with the mission of the Center for LGBTQIA+ Student Success?
