  1. Does this nomination show that the program described has been created in collaboration with at least one other organization, department, or outside entity?
  2. Does the nomination discuss how the organization or organizations being nominated made efforts to understand the strengths of all involved organizations to create the most effective, enjoyable, and successful collaborative effort?
  3. Does the nomination exhibit the organization's planning and execution ability by detailing the cultivation of student experience at the program?
  4. Are the achievements described in the nomination in line with the mission of the Center for LGBTQIA+ Student Success?
