  1. Does the nomination exhibit the Faculty or Staff member's institutional knowledge by discussing instances in which they have helped students to navigate queer specific services and issues on campus.
  2. Does the nomination describe a Faculty or Staff member that carries themselves with integrity by describing consistency of character throughout the letter?
  3. Does the nomination identify specific examples of situations in which a queer student or students have been assisted through their work?
  4. Are the achievements described in the nomination in line with the mission of the Center for LGBTQIA+ Student Success?
